ABOUT Heike

The woman who sees through the noise

You’ve spent most of your life carrying more than your share, often unseen, dismissed, disregarded and overlooked: responsibilities, expectations, and everyone else’s weight.

I know that story because I’ve lived parts of it myself. I was raised under the premise that I had to make my mother happy, who emasculated my father as long as I can remember. I was raised having to carry the responsibility, bring home the money, protect others, ‘stand my man’, whilst I was the youngest.

Different details, but the same pattern: over-functioning, over-giving, over-doing until the spark fades and you can’t remember when you last felt like you.

I help men like you find their way back to themselves - not by fixing, but by remembering. By unravelling the noise, the conditioning, the guilt, and the constant drive to “just keep going.”

What we do together isn’t about adding more. It’s about subtraction - clearing the fog until what’s left is real, grounded, and unmistakably yours. Until you remember who you are at your core.

Why men?

Because of my Dad.

No matter how he behaved - and he had some seriously dark sides - I saw him. I knew who he was at his core.

He was funny. Sharp. Warm. The kind of man who could sit at a table all night, making people laugh, wrapping them in that big-hearted, steady presence. But that man only came out when my mother wasn’t around.

She was abusive, cruel and manipulative. I watched her suppress him, just like she did with us kids. I watched her take away the things that made him feel alive - the motorbikes, the camping trips, the simple joy of being with friends.

She also bled him dry moneywise. At times, he worked four jobs to feed her spending addiction.

And even as a wee bairn, I tried to protect him. As a teenager, I begged him to leave her. As an adult, I tried to help him find himself again.

He never really did.

Why I work with men

Because I’ve seen what happens when a man loses himself.
When the spark goes out under the weight of “shoulds,” duty, and quiet shame.
I’ve also seen the magnificence underneath - the humour, the warmth, the integrity, the depth that still lives there.

Men have been taught to survive, not to feel.
To perform, not to be.
To provide, not to exist for themselves.

You deserve to feel human again - not just functional.
To breathe without guilt. To stop carrying everyone else’s chaos and remember your own gravity.

That’s what my work is about: helping men reclaim themselves from everything that dimmed their light.

Who I am

I’m a Life Coach, Mindset Coach, and certified NLP Practitioner and a Positive Psychology Practitioner, with further training in personal development and behavioural transformation. Sounds neat on paper, doesn’t it?

But what it really means is that I work at the intersection of logic and emotion - helping you make sense of what’s happening in your head, heart, and body when life stops making sense.

My work is a blend of deep coaching, NLP, emotional regulation, and behavioural change. What it is not is therapy. Coaching with me changes your very axis, lets you remember your own gravity, and sticks long after our sessions.

I am practical. Compassionate. No fluff, no hype, no performative “high vibes.” I call BS when I see it, and I am not afraid to do so - compassionately, warm and caring.
