We don't do surface-level talk. Over six sessions, we dismantle the roles you have been stuck in. Using NLP and direct coaching, we get underneath the noise to regulate your nervous system and rebuild your life on a foundation of honesty rather than endurance.

This is for the man who wants a consistent, BS-free space to stay on track without committing to a deep-dive intensive. We meet twice a month to look at the current weight you are carrying and ensure you aren't slipping back into the habit of holding everything for everyone else. It is the regular check-in you need to stay honest and keep the load from building up.
