This 30-minute call is a chance to stop circling and speak honestly about where you're at - and what needs to change. Whether you’ve got a clear goal or just a quiet sense that something needs to shift - let’s talk it through.
Cancellation Policy
When you book a service, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because I invest significant time into research, preparation, and the ongoing work of keeping you informed and on track between meetings, the following boundaries apply: Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to rearrange a session. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without contact, are forfeited and non-refundable. Refunds: Services under £500, workshops, and short-term programs are paid upfront and are non-refundable. For all other coaching packages, deposits or the 50% cancellation fee are non-refundable. No Rollover: Sessions are delivered in the time blocks specified in your package. Unused minutes from a session do not ‘roll over’ or accumulate for future use. Expiration: All coaching sessions must be completed within 6 months of the initial booking date. This is a hard deadline; any sessions not taken within this window are forfeited along with the fee, regardless of rescheduling history. Exceptional Circumstances: I understand that genuine emergencies happen. In these rare instances, any rescheduling is at my sole discretion.
